DMX’S ESTATE IS VALUED LESS THAN $1 MILLION: According to The New York Daily News, DMX‘s estate is valued less than $1 million and may be valued at less than $1 million. Five of DMX's children filed two separate court documents as they seek to become administrators of their father's estate. The daughters, Sasha Simmons and Jada Oden, filed documents on May 10th, while sons Xavier, Tacoma, and Sean Simmons filed papers on May 21st. The daughters estimated that their father's estate is worth less than $50,000, while the sons value DMX's estate at under $1 million.

LIL BABY JOINS FAMILY OF GEORGE FLOYD AT WHITE HOUSE: Lil Baby joined the family of the late George Floyd at the White House yesterday (May 25th) to meet with President Joe Biden. When a TMZ reporter asked what they wanted to discuss with Biden, the rapper said, “Trying to pass the George Floyd Police Act bill.” Last month, after Chauvin was found guilty of murdering George Floyd, Biden called on lawmakers to resurrect the bill known as the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. The legislation would ban chokeholds, make it easier to prosecute officers for wrongdoing, and put restrictions on deadly force.

NICKI MINAJ DOES THE #BACKYARDCHALLENGE: Nicki Minaj took to Instagram to do the #Backyardchallenge after Yo Gotti posted a ‘drowning in paper” video from his backyard. Nicki posted footage from the water slide and pool in the backyard, along with the caption, “H O M E – it’s the #backyardchallenge I 👁👁 u @yogotti — the rest of y’all wuddup? 🥴😆🤣😜👅.” Gotti responded, “The Queen 👑🔥!! (Yo Gotti).”

QUALITY CONTROL RAPPER METRO MARRS DETAINED FOR MAKING IT RAIN AT GRADUATION: Quality Control rapper Metro Marrs was arrested in Atlanta on Friday (May 21st) after he made it rain with $10,000 in cash and threw it all over the stage. The 18-year-old rapper graduated from Langston Hughes High School. Cops handcuffed the rapper and escorted him out of the ceremony. He was detained for attempting to start a riot and disorderly conduct, and ticketed for the offense. He was detained for several hours. No word on if he is facing any charges. Metro told The Shaderoom that he hadn’t seen his classmates all year due to the pandemic and wanted to give back to them since some of them may not have received money for their graduation. He explained, “I was creating a moment that would be memorable. I had to do that for the last time. Everybody was lit! We graduating high school!” Metro signed with Quality Control back in October.

BANKROLL FREDDIE SAYS HE IS ‘GOOD’ AFTER REPORTEDLY BEING SHOT: Rapper Bankroll Freddie has spoken out after being reportedly shot. Although there are few details regarding the incident, Complex has reported that the rapper is in stable condition. The rapper posted a picture in an Instagram Story, along with the caption “I’m good.”
